- Most orders will process within 48 business hours and will ship according to the selected shipping method.
- Depending on order volume, the amount of time to process an order can vary. We will always do our best to process and ship an order as fast as possible once it is received.
- Once an order is placed it is not always possible to cancel the order or stop shipment. If you need to cancel or return an order that has already been placed please contact us via email: support@shopjura.shop .
- We can no longer ship to P.O Boxes. Please be sure to use a physical shipping address.
- Signature required for machines upon delivery cannot be removed.
- All shipping rates will be calculated by zip code and item weight. These rates are standard UPS rates calculated by UPS.
- All orders under $50, will have the option to ship free of charge.
- Due to Taxes and Duties, all orders with international addresses outside of the USA, will no longer be shipped. We can only ship orders inside the USA.
- Orders received after 11:00 am EST (M-F) may not ship until the following business day. (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS)
- Expedited orders received after 11:00 am EST (M-F) will be processed and shipped the next business day (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS).
- No Saturday/Sunday deliveries.
- Most orders ship from New Jersey. Refurbished machines and select spare part orders ship from our warehouse in Manheim, Pennsylvania.
